The Circuit Training System (C.T.S.) increases strength and cardiorespiratory fitness to improve core and extremity strength. After one round, you can train the shoulders, abdomen, waist, legs, and different muscle groups in the whole body. Finally, stretching exercises are added to relax the muscles and improve the effectiveness of training.

 

Li-Fit C.T.S. combines the advantages of traditional weight training and cardiopulmonary training, and can avoid sports injuries caused by excessive weight-bearing or training. The machine fully adopts the adjustable hydraulic cylinder resistance to replace the traditional weight selection plate. The characteristic of the hydraulic cylinder is that the user's speed is directly proportional to the resistance strength of the equipment, the faster the movement, the greater the resistance; on the contrary, the slower the movement, the smaller the resistance. The rebound speed of the hydraulic cylinder is slow, and it stops immediately when it is released. It can be operated according to the strength of each user to ensure that the muscles can complete the exercise under an appropriate load.
